Ball Class:  8.30am – 9.30am Mondays

This class works with big balls, small balls, sticks, elastics and involves movement and stretching exercise.  A great way to start a Monday!

Chair Classes: 10am Monday, Wednesday and Friday

These classes are a wonderful way to keep fit and strengthen the whole body.  This is a class which can be done by all ages and all levels of fitness.  We love these classes.

Winter Fitness Classes: 4pm and 5.30 Monday and Thursday ( Aqua in summer)

A popular class and a  great way to stay in shape for anyone needing to improve fitness, balance, strength agility and mobility.  The age group ranges between 50 and 82!!  Not for the faint hearted.
