Gym hours: 5:00am – 21:00pm

Ball Class:  8.30am – 9.30am Mondays (all year round)

This class works with big balls, small balls, sticks, elastics and involves movement, balance and stretching exercise.  A great way to start a Monday!

Chair Classes: 10am Monday, Wednesday and Friday (all year round)

These classes are a wonderful way to keep fit and strengthen the whole body.  This is a class which can be done by all ages and all levels of fitness but mainly for the over 70s.  We love these classes.

Winter Fitness Classes: Monday 5:30pm and Thursday 4:00pm (Aqua-fit during the summer)

A popular class and a  great way to stay in shape for anyone needing to improve fitness, balance, strength agility and mobility.  The age group ranges between 50 and 82!!  Not for the faint hearted.

Pricing:

1 x week R260/month
2 x weekly R370/month
3 x weekly R480/month
4-5 x weekly R550/month

R80 for visitors
R300 per hour for personalised training sessions

Specialist classes:

Ball Class R70 per session

Chair class R480 3 x weekly

Senior fitness classes R70 per class
