Fitness Stretch Ball & Balance Classes 1 hour sessions:

These classes work with big balls, small balls, sticks, elastics and involve movement, balance and stretching exercise.

Chair Classes: 10am Monday, Wednesday and Friday (all year round)

These classes are a wonderful way to keep fit and strengthen the whole body.  This is a sociable hard working group – mainly for the over 70s.  We love these classes.

Winter Fitness Classes: Tuesday 5.30pm  and Thursday 4:00pm (Aqua-fit during the summer months)

A popular class and a  great way to stay in shape for anyone needing to improve fitness, balance, strength agility and mobility.
