We are a gym that specializes in senior fitness for both men and women  but have people of all ages attending too.

The Gym is owned and managed by myself, Dena Solomon and has the equipment for cardiovascular fitness and strength work.

We work with fitness, strength, balance co-ordination and stretching exercises.

I have been running the Gym for 10 years. After qualifying as a nursing sister in the U.K. I completed a personal training course specifically for seniors as well as teaching fusion fitness which blends martial arts and healing arts.

We have a range of specialist classes in the gym and personal training is available.
